In this fantasy/romance novel, a young commander is separated from his people and wounded on a faraway colony only days before an approaching asteroid is due to impact his home planet.  Believing his people have perished, Shance is drawn into a political struggle on another colony.  He agrees to serve this new cause, but soon learns that he has been deceived to gain his cooperation.  His people are alive. Knowing he must return to them, Shance is torn between duty and his love for Nadeena, the daughter of the commander he recently defeated.  By the end of the Passing, both Shance and Nadeena must learn the meaning of commitment, the power of destiny, and the strength—as well as the fear—that lies buried in the human heart.

The Ultimate Guide to Playwriting Opportunities

Are you an emerging (or established) playwright who is looking for exposure for your work? Playwriting competitions and production opportunities abound, but searching the internet for them takes up a lot of precious time—time that could be better spent writing your next play! To make accessing those sources easier, this guide organizes them in one, easily-accessed format. And, it lists numerous opportunities not only for previously unproduced/unpublished dramatic plays, but also some for those that have already found their way to the stage. Plays are not meant to lay dormant on a computer hard-drive (or in a sock drawer); they only truly come to life when performed in front of an audience. If you’ve written a play and are ready to offer it to the world, “The Ultimate Guide to Playwriting Opportunities” is an indispensable roadmap with which to begin that quest.

Beth loves Sam so much that it hurts, but he is a prisoner to his past.  Listening to her broken heart, Beth packs up her belongings and flees Eagle River in the middle of the night, hoping to leave all of the pain and the heartache behind.  Five years later, a mysterious stranger—and a phone call from a deceased friend—convince her that Sam is in danger and she needs to go back.  With her heart in her hands, she returns to Sam and the Thunder Ridge Ranch, but will her love be strong enough to save both of them before time runs out?

Fallen Angel is a spiritual romance that examines the theory that souls are bound together across time, and that they travel together through a succession of lives, helping and guiding each other on their way home.
